  • All patients have to report half an hour before the specified time to enable checking of the files and filing of reports etc.
  • After arrival first come, first serve order will be followed.
  • Patients arriving late may be turned away even if prior appointment is made if the doctor has to leave for other work, so please be punctual and arrive at the time specified by the secretary.
  • Consultation is by appointment only.  Try to make the appointment at least 5 days ahead to enable getting the case record from the record room.
  • Emergency patients will be seen at the discretion of the doctor.
  • Please quote Case ID number while making the appointment and reconfirm you appointment 24 hours before
  • Please bring all the medical records for every visit
  • Patients needing special appointments have to speak directly with the doctor prior to the day of consultation. The secretary will not be able to decide to give these appointments without the doctor’s approval.
